UBankEz was a financial services lead-generation exchange that simply facilitates the communications between financial services buyers and sellers—creates a marketplace—by providing free information and ancillary services without becoming involved in the actual transactions that transpire between the parties.

UBankEz’s as a lead-generation exchange, or “intermediary,” of which has two primarily customer groups:

  • Buyers looking for a service, and
  • Sellers or agents willing to provide that service.

Further, the lead-generation business model has two key attributes:

  • Buyers receive the service for free, and
  • Sellers pay only for leads that can be measured and valued. This may require an additional step by UBankEz to prepackage or additionally qualify the client before lead syndication to the financial institution(s).

UBankEz’s lead exchange allows the financial institution to set the types of financial products and terms by which they will accept a lead. The financial institution can set a number of criteria combinations from credit score to geographic preference. This is the ideal situation for financial institutions in not have to spend media dollars to acquire suspect clients as opposed to spending their time and energy on those that already qualify for their pre-set criteria.

The UBankEz lead generation network was acquired by Lending Smart in 2001.
