Just like DateApp’s online profiles, members can opt to send their profile to our mobile network which will show them online on both our Online Dating Network and our Mobile Network, allowing members to instantly connect without giving out their phone number or other identifying information. DateApp Mobile’s WAP / MMS technology is a compatible standard to 90% of all mobile devices both domestically and internationally. Every portal created using DateApp will have it’s owns mobile network. This will allow DateApp to saturate the mobile dating space prior to any other competitor with 1000s of stand alone mobile portals.

DateApp’s Network along with the LeadWurx Ad Server is going mobile. DateApp launched in beta a full MMS (Multi- Media Service) to include pictures, videos, and descriptions of eligible singles. LeadWurx was able to geographically (geo) and lifestyle target consumers during the estimated 16.5 hours daily that they are in possession of their cell phone.

What do I envision the future to hold: An example of lifestyle geo targeting: A consumer signs up to one of the 1000s of social networks we currently run, lets call him Bob. Bob, the consumer, says that he drinks coffee and lives in the Miami area. Star Bucks, a well know coffee chain, has stores in Miami. When Bob passes the actual store location he gets a Commercial (MMS message) over his cell phone letting him know that he can get a free double latte via a mobile coupon which is served from his phone using his phones outbound communications abilities (blue tooth). DateApp receives $1 from Starbucks for delivery of the message, and an additional $3 dollars for redemption of the mobile coupon, which we then pay out our webmaster a commission of 50%.

How big is this market of mobile ads? Currently in 2006….

  • US Mobile Messages: 1.1 Billion Monthly
  • UK Mobile Messages: 2.1 Billion Monthly
  • Asia Pac Mobile Messages: 5.3 Billion Monthly
  • With an expected growth in US Mobile Message traffic by 600% within 5 years.
